That's because they're manufactured with the optimal combination of fiberglass ravings and isophtalic polyester or vinyl ester resins ensuring a long corrosion free life. We has engineered two basic ladder systems. Our standard fiberglass ladder offers the necessary rigidity and safety when structural stand-off supports are capable of being provided at regular and close intervals. However in some cased stand off supports can not be provided at regular intervals thus requiring the ladder to span much longer distance. In order to comply with standards for ladder safety and design We offers stiffened ladder to meet these needs. All Our Ladders are designed for ease fabrication and installation while offering the maximum corrosion resistance.
Design Standard : We meets the following min requirement of code Min design live load shall be a single concentrated load of 300kgs. Distance between rungs shall not exceed 300mm. Min. Distance between side rails shall be min 400mm. The safety cage is required on ladders of more than 6m to a maximum unbroken length of 9m. The safety cage to extend minimum of 1050mm above top of lading. The safety cage to begin minimum 2100mm to maximum 2400mm above base of ladder(f1oor) The safety cage shall not extend less than 675mm or more than 700mm from the centerline of the rungs of the ladder. Cage shall not be less than 675mm in width. The distance between hoop cages shall be max 850mm. The wall mounting brackets shall be spaces at max.1800mm.
